NRF University wired FAQ

Below you'll find instructions on how to access, browse, and register for available courseware. NRF University wired is an eLearning platform that can accommodate individual learners as well as large, company-wide groups.

If at anytime you have questions on how to register and access the online courses, please contact Jennifer Atkins, Director of eLearning Programs, at: nrfuniversitywiredinfo@nrf.com or call: 202-626-8196.

To access and browse the online course offerings:

1. Go to www.nrfuniversitywired.com.

2. Set up an account/Login.

3. Click on a specific course or area of interest for further details (i.e. course description, time duration, and cost).

To register and access courseware immediately, you can purchase online using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express:

1. After you have successfully logged on, access the Course Catalog under "Browse for Training."

2. Once you are in the Catalog, select the course you want to enroll. You may continue to select more courses until you are ready to check out.

To register a group of learners, or purchase courseware by phone:

1. Complete, sign, and fax the Course License Order form to Jennifer Atkins, Director of eLearning Programs. Fax number: 202-737-2849.

2. Complete the User Upload Template and email to: nrfuniversitywiredinfo@nrf.com.

3. Call the Director of eLearning Programs at: 202-626-8196 or email: nrfuniversitywiredinfo@nrf.com, to coordinate payment* and the set up of learners.

4. Once payment is received, the learners will gain access to the courseware.

* Accepted payments include: check, credit card, and wire transfer.
